How to Make:


  • 1 frozen or fresh banana
  • 1 TBSP All Natural Peanut Butter
  • TBSP Yogurt I use no sugar added Greek yogurt
  • Splash of milk I use almond milk
  • Small drizzle Honey
  • Sprinkle of Cinnamon
  • Handful Ice cubes
  • 1 scoop protein powder *optional*
