How to Make:
- 1 frozen or fresh banana
- 1 TBSP All Natural Peanut Butter
- TBSP Yogurt I use no sugar added Greek yogurt
- Splash of milk I use almond milk
- Small drizzle Honey
- Sprinkle of Cinnamon
- Handful Ice cubes
- 1 scoop protein powder *optional*
